Show Cars
Yes, it is that time again when we ask for Show Cars. Spread the word that the Main Show Shed Registrations are now available!
Please fill out the 2024 Show Shed Registration Form (Click previous link or head to our events page).
Show Cars are chosen and contacted by the 1st of November 2023.

We are on the lookout for Retro & Vintage Caravans to join the Kumeu Vintage Caravan Park. We offer some great discounts for Kumeu Vintage Caravan Park Participants. Space fill up fast so be in quick!

Our Trade Map is now live!
If you would like to book a space go to Book a Site and select Book a Trade. You can now choose your desired Trade Site (Blue Sites are available).
You can choose out of our two Trade Packages:
1. 1/2 Trade Site (5m x 5m) including 1x Trade Pass
2. Full sized Trade Site (10m x 5m) including 2x Trade Passes
(Extra Trade Passes and Power can be purchased at Checkout)
Route 66 Sites
We also have Route 66 Sites available by negotiation with us directly. These sites are a part of the main thoroughfare of the Festival. A great place for your business to be seen by the 20,000+ crowd of car enthusiasts.

But be in quick as your don’t want to miss out on your favourite Swap Site. To book your Sites go to Book a Site then choose Book a Swap Site. Now you can choose your desired Swap Site(s). If you are having issues with booking your space then we are here to help. Let us know your issue and desired site numbers (last years or new site number) via Contact Us.
Swap Site Information
When you are booking your Swap Site please make sure to book for the day of your arrival as you will be charged extra at the Main Gate if you show up before your paid arrival day. Your passes will be held at the Main Gate until your arrival at the event. Please screen shot or print your proof of purchase to show the gate staff on arrival. If you are having trouble with your booking, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
